“Its story: this canvas is part of the “Portrait silhouettes” series, a work of abstract portraiture in the spirit of the decorative arts, based on the human being, emotions and dreams. The paintings are made up of curves and traces of human forms. The characters are inspired by real human movement, to which imaginary lines and shades of color are added. Enigmatic and dreamlike, this series evokes an imaginary world in which humans, plants and objects merge.

Print on canvas – Print sur toile

“The kids ” Tryptique of paintings. This creation was produced during an artistic residency on a flexible canvas several meters long. It was subsequently divided into 3 tables. The children all sat or lay down, full of energy and very proud to appear on a canvas, they took turns striking dynamic poses and lying or sitting on the canvas. I was able to trace their outlines very quickly, on this golden yellow background, and work on them all day. That evening, before leaving, they were impressed by the result and played at finding their silhouettes on the canvas.
