Inspired by the alarming evolution of climate change, the state of forests and environmental degradation, this series is a tribute to plants and their power to adapt. The flowers in this painting are both set in concrete and imprinted in a world of stone, artificial and human. Dark, unattached, they float on the stone. In the midst of flowers, colors and plant imprints, like fossils, reminders of flora, frozen forever in the rock.
